Why this practice exists

Expense claims sit at the messy intersection of travel desks, corporate cards, and the general ledger. When something looks wrong at month-end, finance teams need auditors who can follow a single claim from receipt photo to posted journal — not a slide deck about “digital transformation.”

API Query Hub was formed in Bangkok to give controllers and internal audit leads that kind of fieldwork: patient, document-heavy, and specific to expense management applications.

How we approach the work

We treat each application as a set of real human habits — who approves late on Friday, which categories get reused incorrectly, where card feeds land without a matching claim. Our findings name those habits and the control gaps that allow them.

We do not sell software, and we do not reconfigure your applications. Our role ends at independent examination and a clear management letter.

People and place

The practice is based at Level 10, 41 Wireless Road, Pathum Wan — close to the finance teams and shared-service centres that run regional expense programmes. Engagements may include site days at client offices across Thailand, with extract review continuing remotely when that suits the evidence.

Lead auditors come from internal audit and accounts payable backgrounds, with experience testing travel and entertainment populations in hospitality, manufacturing, and professional services.
