Transparent starting ranges for financial audits of expense management applications. Final fees follow a scoping workshop — we do not sell subscriptions.
How we price
Every engagement is quoted after we understand the applications in scope, the number of legal entities, claim volume for the review period, and whether fieldwork is on-site in Bangkok or remote-first. Prices below are starting guidance in Thai baht, exclusive of VAT.

What moves a fee up or down
- Additional applications feeding the same ledger (card portals, travel booking tools)
- Multi-country populations that need bilingual evidence review
- Compressed timelines requiring concurrent fieldwork teams
- Availability of clean population extracts versus manual reconstruction
- Prior-year working papers you can share (often reduces setup time)
What is never on the invoice
We do not charge monthly platform fees, seat licences, or “success” uplifts. Travel within Greater Bangkok for scheduled fieldwork days is included in fixed fees; travel outside Bangkok is billed at cost with prior approval.
Deposits and payment
A 40% deposit confirms the fieldwork window. The balance is due on delivery of the final management letter or findings memo. Invoices are issued from our Bangkok practice; payment instructions appear on each invoice.
