Data we collect

We do not ask for national ID numbers, payment card numbers, or employee expense datasets through the public website.

Purposes

  • Responding to estimate requests and scheduling discussions
  • Maintaining records of prospective and active client communications
  • Improving site reliability and understanding aggregate traffic (only if analytics cookies are accepted)
  • Meeting legal and professional obligations where applicable

We process enquiry data because you request a response (pre-contractual steps) and because we have a legitimate interest in operating a professional practice. Cookie analytics run only with consent where required.

Retention

Enquiry records are kept for up to 24 months if no engagement follows, unless a longer period is needed for a dispute or legal claim. Engagement working papers follow retention periods stated in the engagement letter and professional standards.

Recipients

Personal data may be processed by email and hosting providers acting on our instructions. We do not sell personal data. If an engagement requires sharing limited contact details with a co-sourced specialist, we will tell you first.

International transfers

Our primary operations are in Thailand. If a processor stores data outside Thailand, we take reasonable steps to ensure appropriate safeguards consistent with applicable Thai data protection requirements.

Your rights

Subject to Thai law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal data, and you may object to certain processing. To exercise rights, email info@apiquery-hub.digital. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent Thai data protection authority.

Security

We use access controls and encrypted transport (HTTPS) for this site. No method of transmission is perfectly secure; please avoid sending sensitive claim data through the public form.
